 I earned my B.S. in Legal Administration from Loyola University of Chicago.  After graduating, I moved to Austin, TX where I worked as a paralegal at Minton, Burton, Foster & Collins.  Five years later, I was accepted to law school and moved to San Francisco, CA to attend Golden Gate University School of Law.  Upon graduation, I moved to Honolulu, Hawaii to sit for the Bar Exam.  I spent roughly 12 years in Hawaii, honing my skills as a lawyer for the Legal Aid Society of Hawaii and the Office of the Prosecuting Attorney.  I relocated to Hendersonville in 2012 in order to be closer to my parents and to establish a strong foundation for my children as they were starting their education.  I worked as a Magistrate in Henderson County, a Professor at Brevard College in the Criminal Justice Program, and then went on to serve as the attorney for Transylvania County DSS.
